TradeVault provides a platform to connect homeowners with trade professionals. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Not use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Not impersonate any person or entity
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Tradie Verification

While we verify tradies on our platform, we do not guarantee the quality of work or services provided. Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging any tradie.

5. Payment Terms

For tradies using our paid services:

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TradeVault, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TradeVault and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeVault is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any interactions with tradies found through our platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
